We had a lovely visit to the Pato lounge yesterday evening . The food was great we had a chicken twist club sandwich and it was amazing as were the drinks , I recommend the pink pearl fizz it was so good I had to have a few . The atmosphere was very welcoming relaxing and a little quirky which we all loved . The staff were genuinely lovely , smiles from the second we were greeted at the door and so very polite . We were very well looked after all evening and never once felt rushed . We will definitely be back. Best place in Orpington to eat and drink

I used to live in Haywards Heath and moved to Orpington couple of years ago and have been visiting Pato Lounge since as I was a regular and loyal customer at Francisco Lounge in Haywards Heath (same company I believe?). I must say, Pato’s Lounge ambience is way cooler and way more enjoyable especially thanks to the staff and Ryan whom I believe is the manager who cares so much about his customers bless him. You really can see how hard he works and makes it a must to go around each table to engage with his customers. My husband and I have now become a regular here because we just love how staff here GENUINELY care about their customers. Oh and the drinks and food are so divine 😍 Ryan and team, thank you so much for everything you do guys. We adore you!! ♥️♥️

Great place, on the pricier end but all things considered great place.

This place has always been a stopping point / check point for me as I’ve never really got along with the staff. Ive always found its always had its own unique vibe which i didnt feel like i fitted into. Until i met nikki. She has literally made it a absolute joy walking into here, with her chatting and welcoming self. Ill 100% be showing my face again because of this woman and i was literally about to give up. She is a absolute asset to this company and if you dislike this place its probably because of you if you havent come across her. Thanks for making my experience worth it. See you next time time

We’ve been going to Pato for over a decade and love it. Always a good selection of food, which is well cooked, they’re really good with my husband’s allergies and the staff are lovely. Coffee is nice too. Would recommend.

I've been to several "Lounges". They cater to gluten allergy (Coeliac) really well and never had an issue there ordering or with the food. Also cater well for young children and babies. Always friendly and with a good range of food. Some dishes are really nice but there are a few dishes which are substandard. We are regulars to another Lounge and found the above with all of them

Had a coffee large breakfast and wine. The coffee is very good and in my opinion superior to the other coffee shops. The breakfast was excellent and of a good size. A staff member kindly brought us a free doggy sausage. There is a reasonable choice of wines at reasonable prices.

Popped in for a drink, ordered on line but had a wait as it wasn't working the waitress opplogised, good drinks when we got them but my chai latte was warm not hot

Enjoyed a very lovely evening with my Wife today and had some really banging food and top notch cocktails. Well done guys, it was super delicious. But we have to give special mention to Ryan who was none stop working very hard to ensure that customers were enjoying their time and their meal. Had a very good conversation with the manager, thank you for serving us promptly Ryan and bringing a smile to our faces. Big shout out to all the staff and chefs too ❤️

First time at Pato Lounge and absolutely in awe with how nicely we were treated 😍 Ryan the Manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a very good choice of drinks and gave up tips on what food to choice. We enjoyed the hospitality, sat in a very nice chair by the windows. Absolutely recommend this place. Staff are really very kind. Thank you so much Ryan for your hospitality and we will definitely be back soon now and become a regular 😍

My favourite cosy dog friendly wheelchair accessible spot in the area. Wish they would do live music and events more often but it’s always been a favourite place

Simple meal with friends at a cheerful local. No need to dress up. Food all good tasty and edible. Especially brownies.

It was my first time going out being a wheelchair user, my wheelchair meant that my legs didnt go under the table so the manager but books underneath the table to lift it up. They went above and beyond. The food was amazing so much choice. Would definitely recommend to everyone and thank you so much to the staff fir your amazing customer service

Interesting spot that i've been to multiple times, the foods great but service is quite slow, if your ok with a relaxed leisurely vibe it'll work for you. if you're expecting snappy restaurant speed service i dont think this is the spot. aside from that its great! nice staff, nice food and a great atmosphere, great for a weekend coffee and bite to eat.

It's a relatively small lounge and it was fairly busy which made it rather loud but there was still some space and we could just hear each other. But we would go back again.

WE LOVE PATO LOUNGE!!! This lounge is by far the best one of the chain that we have been to. The staff are always so friendly whether the bar staff, waiting or kitchen and always deliver an excellent service. The food is fantastic (so many chains just reheat prepackaged meals but not here), great selection and cater to all dietary needs (gluten free options are especially good). A fantastic selection of cocktails made by staff who actually know what they are doing. The prices are great and you could go here for breakfast, lunch or dinner and find something perfect to cater to your tastes. The coffee beans they use taste amazing and their mocktails are superb. Special thanks to Ryan, the manager who without fail has always made us feel so welcome, interacts so well with customers and cannot do enough to make sure that everyone has a fantastic night whether they are first time customers or seasoned patrons. 100% would recommend Pato Lounge to anyone visiting the area especially when they have their live music or quiz nights.

Lovely bar. We came in on Sunday for a drink and was pleasantly surprised there was Christmas live music playing.. Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks.
